Acid Casein

Acid casein is a highly nutritious milk protein created by acid precipitation of the casein in pasteurised skimmed milk. Acid casein comes in many forms and can be used in various food products, as well as for technical manufacturing for example glue, paint base and as a finish for paper. Its binding qualities also make it a key ingredient in fishing bait and boillies.
