I'm currently on a strict protein diet so this whey protein concentrate is ideal for me, I use it in shakes and smoothies as well as in my baking... I may be on a diet but who can resist protein cake!

I'll definitely be buying this whey protein concentrate again, the bulk buying makes it so much easier to use in meals as well as drinks. I do like the 80% whey protein too though, it's a tough call!

Started using this whey protein concentrate in meals to make my diet higher in protein. It's unflavoured so works really well for this purpose.
