Ice cream, Baby foods, Sauces, Food mixes/blends.
Reconstitution :
100 g of powder dissolved in 300 ml of water correspond to approx.400 g fresh whole eggs (approx. 8 eggs)
1 medium egg is approx. 12g powder and 36g water
2 medium eggs is therefore 24g powder 72g water
Practical benefits may result by first blending the egg powder with other powdered ingredients prior to reconstituting the compound.
