What delivery options are available?

Delivery methods depend on the weight and size of your order. Our standard delivery arrangements for mainland UK are as follows:

• 1kg and 2kg packs: Dispatched via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service.

• Parcels weighing 3kg–10kg: Dispatched via either Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the parcel and delivery location.

• Larger packs (12.5kg, 20kg, 25kg and 28kg): Generally dispatched via DHL.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland

Deliveries to Northern Ireland generally take at least 48 hours, regardless of parcel size. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Can I request next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery may be available on request, subject to availability and additional delivery charges. If you require next-day delivery for 1kg or 2kg packs, an upgrade from the standard Royal Mail 48-hour service to a 24-hour service may be available at an additional cost.
