What is Full Fat Soya?
Full Fat Soya flour is a plant based ingredient produced from whole soybeans that retain their natural oil content. It is commonly used in food manufacturing ingredients, nutritional formulations and specialist feed applications.
How does Full Fat Soya differ from Soya Protein Isolate?
Full Fat Soya retains the natural oil content of the soybean, whereas Soya Protein Isolate is processed to provide a much higher protein concentration with reduced fat content. This gives each ingredient different nutritional and functional properties depending on the application.
