How does WPC35 differ from higher protein whey concentrates?
WPC35 contains a lower protein concentration than products such as WPC60, WPC80 or WPC82, giving it different nutritional and functional properties. Its higher lactose and dairy solid content make it suitable for bakery products, processed foods and formulations where texture, flavour and cost efficiency are important.
